I am working on a important project and had to buy this product because i lost my other one. Driver will not load on the mac i had to take it back and buy a different brand

It has been at least 3 months since the last review and there is still no working driver for 10.11. The hyperlink on the support page does not work and nothing else comes up on searches. The linked site could be down due the New Years celebration but that is no excuse for the lack of driver support since 10.11 has been availabe for some time.
